The Quill Writer Terms of Service

• Deposits are accepted but not required for envelopes. Other orders require a 50% deposit.
• Payment is due prior to final delivery of your order.
• Personal checks must be presented and paid before delivery.
• Errors resulting from my mistake are corrected immediately upon detection at no charge. Your errors and address changes or corrections are charged as an additional invitation.
• Postal codes found or corrected for you carry a .75 charge each.
• Envelopes made from low quality paper stock may not be pennable using the traditional calligraphy materials. In such a case you will be notified immediately. Alternate methods can be arranged and pricing will be adjusted accordingly and mutually agreed upon before any of your envelopes are scribed.
• On the rare occasion that my error rate exceeds 1:10 and this results in an additional charge for you, the amount will be credited to your order when a verifiable receipt is presented.
• Refunds on non-scribed envelopes only. Payment expected on completed envelopes before return of your unpenned envelopes. Returns are charged $25.00 per order and shipping is paid by customer.
